This is a medium-size, well-built travel trailer with an attractive interior. It has a clear title and is currently registered in Texas. Dry weight is about 4600 lb. It hauls smoothly, comes as shown, and is ready for the road. All systems are operational: heat, air conditioning, stove, hot water, shower, toilet, bathroom and kitchen sink, lights, TV, antenna, radio/CD, refrigerator, auxiliary water tank, etc. No leaks. You will note the price is discounted, for two reasons: 1) trailer has been modified, as shown, to provide extra space and storage for the extended-living comfort of a single person. The queen bed sleeps two, but there is no other sleeping area. 2) The trailer does not have an awning. This was sheared off when the trailer was sideswiped, which also caused the dent on the front left, also shown.
