Most of this travel trailer is in very good condition, however there is water damage (soft subfloor) in the front floor/wall area, in the vicinity of the sofa. Tires are less than a year old. Price includes stabilizer jacks and trunnion bars. Sleeps up to six, with a full bed, drop down bunk, fold-out sofa and fold-down dinette. There's also an awning. I need this sold quickly.
