2009 Dutchmen Denali 270RLX, Asking $15,000 OBO. This camper is VERY clean. Only one couple owned before us and they bought new in October of 2009 and kept the camper meticulous and used it only 6 or 7 times. We used the camper for 3 months; (we didn't even travel with it). We also did not use the camper Queen mattress (we used our own and have put back the original mattress) We did not take showers, cook, or use the toilet in the camper (there is a nice walk-in shower with glass door). All the paperwork has been maintained, including hand-written notes on how to use the camper. It comes with an extra 50 ft. sewer line (we didn't end up using it.) Never smoked in, no children, and no pets. Can sleep up to 4 (the booth folds down into a bed) and there are extra cushions and sheets that come with it. Options: 15,000 BTU Central/Ducted, Microwave/Convection Combo, 8-10.0 Cu.Ft., Water Heater 10 Gallon , Gas/Elec. w/DSI, 19" LCD TV, DVD Player, Scissor Stabilizer Jacks, Awning 20', Diamond Shield, Power Slide-Out Room 14', Sway bar hook-up. Cosmetic issues: 1) Some exterior graphics are faded and coming unglued. 2) Small tear in vinyl floor in kitchen area and a small tear in the bathroom area Functional issues: 1) Surround sound/radio doesn't seem to work. We couldn't figure it out - there may not be anything wrong with it. 2) Electrical outlet (normally found under the booth) has been disconnected. 3) The electric crank doesn't work, but the hand crank is operational $15,000.00 9042195840
