2007 Dutchmen Classic 38B, This single owner 38' 2007 Dutchmen travel trailer (38B-DSL5) is currently located in an RV resort on Pelican Lake near Glenwood, MN and is in very good condition. A great summer retreat for the whole family! This trailer has a sliding glass door, living room electric bump-out and a master bedroom electric bump-out. The forward bedroom has four twin bunks and the back bedroom has a queen. The living room couch and kitchen table fold down for additional sleeping spaces. This trailer will sleep up to 10 people. It comes with a custom 12' x 24' deck, railing w/black spindles, angled decking, wide entry steps off the front and a smaller staircase off the back with rope lighting on a dusk/dawn sensor. Great amenities are a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, gas range, tinted windows throughout, ducted furnace and air conditioning, awning, pass-through bathroom with toilet in separate room and ample storage space throughout. Current lot location in the resort is in a smaller grouping of trailers on a hill, which is a very short walk to the private beach, docks and swim platform.
