This 2021 Aspen Trail 3020BHS is in good condition, the owner has had it since the summer of 2021 and was only planning to use it for work but ended up only using it 2 times at max. There are two indents from the Vegas sun on the outside and some warping on the inside but the owner has an appointment to get it fixed at the beginning of June. This 2021 Aspen Trail 3020BHS is in good condition and has been used only once or twice in the year of having it. Starting with the outside, the external grill has never been used. The tires are a year old with no known issues. There is a new battery that can be used to have lights and keep the refrigerator running without being connected to power. The front entry is connected to the main bedroom, with plenty of storage under the queen-size bed. The main bedroom has a half bath with a toilet and sink. Going into the lounge area, you'll find the dinette sleeper with connecting couch recliners right off of the kitchen. There is plenty of space with the slide out for 6-8 people to be comfortable. The double bunk is in good condition, with lots of storage space under the bottom bunk. Next to the bunk beds is the full bathroom containing a toilet, sink, shower, and medicine cabinet. The entertainment portion is great due to the flat-screen TV and fireplace for long chilly nights. The TV wall shows a "hideaway closet" with so much space to be used as a pantry or to store away the goods. The kitchen has many cabinets and drawers, a deep stainless steel sink, a microwave, a three burner stove top, and a nice oven below. The double-stacked fridge and freezer are in near new condition. The double bunk with complete darkness on the top is in good condition, with lots of storage space under the bottom bunk. Next to the closed-off area with a curtain to the bunk beds is the full bathroom containing a toilet, sink, shower, and medicine cabinet. A great "starter" travel trailer will be good for you with all of the essentials you need with only about 1,250 miles of road time. Getting to the outside, the external grill has never been used.
