The seller states the trailer is in good condition, and they have only used it a few times. The exterior is uniform and shiny, with no scratches, divots, or gouges.
The batteries (two) are about a year old, tires are original, but they have only used the camper a few times. The seller added a ladder on the back for easy roof access; it has an upgraded larger converter and two AC units, the roof is in good shape, and they inspect it every couple of months.
The interior has no tears, seam separations, stains, or odors. The mural in the master bedroom is an upgrade, and the mattress is an upgraded Dynasty Cool Breeze 10-inch gel foam mattress.
