At the time of my visit, found the Mobile Suites to be in very good condition and all of the systems seemed to be in good working order. The roof was clean and appeared to be in good condition. Tires are protected with tire covers and have a tire pressure monitor system. Stock #313553 LOADED WITH OPTIONS & EXTRAS!!! GREAT CONDITION, TONS OF ROOM & STORAGE!! READY TO ROLL!!! If you're looking to take the comfort and quality of a home on the road, look no further. DRV Mobile Suites feel more like a vacation home than the typical fifth wheel. As you walk through the door, you will be impressed with the high-end finishes and upgrades. The tile floors, quartz countertops, and leather furniture are options that set the tone. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel residential refrigerator, convection microwave, three burner range top, stainless steel dishwasher, a double basin kitchen sink, and quartz countertops. The living room has a leather recliner sofa, leather rocker recliners, a large entertainment center with a flat-screen TV, and Sony Stereo Receiver. You will also enjoy the warmth and glow of the fireplace. As you enter the master suite, you will find an etched glass privacy door. Walking down the hallway, you have the washer and dryer closet and the full bath. The master bedroom has the optional King Size Sleep Number bed and a cedar-lined walk-in closet with a touchpad safe. The exterior has all of the features you would expect. While POP RVs has not yet had the opportunity to visit this coach personally, the seller has stated that all interior and exterior surfaces of this trailer are bright and damage-free. All of the interior components, including the furniture, are in very clean, and good condition. This 2017 Mobile Suites 39DBRS3 (by DRV) represents the top-of-line status for discriminating 5th-wheel RVers. Simply put, they don't make 'em any better than this. The 39DBRS3 is a bath-and-a-half floorplan that provides 3 slide-outs to maximize floorspace for comfortable and convenient in-unit movement.
