2017 DRV Luxury Suites Mobile Suites Aire MSA 38, This is the new lighter weight and slightly less expensive "Aire" by Mobile Suite. We have both a 38' and 40' in stock. 38' is much like the 38'RSSA Mobile Suite floorplan and the 40' is much like the 40' Mobile Suite floorplan but with bath on opposite side. Going to be a good fit for those who want less weight than found in the Mobile Suite units. This DRV Luxury Suites Mobile Suites Aire fifth wheel model MSA 38 is a bit shorter in length than its sister model MSA 40, with the main difference being seen in the kitchen layout. There are still four total slides for added interior space, and plenty of at-home residential touches to make this a perfect vacation home! As you enter you will notice the roominess inside with dual facing slides. The curb side slide features a free standing dining table with four chairs, and a 65" theatre seat for two. Adjacent, along the rear wall, there is more seating with a 75" sofa including end tables and overhead storage. The entertainment center, including a 55" LED TV with cozy fireplace beneath, are within the road side slide opposite the theatre seat for you to enjoy. The kitchen is spacious and convenient and features everything you need to cook gourmet meals and snacks while you travel. The residential refrigerator is great for the extended trips so you don't have to keep shopping every couple of days, as there is plenty of room to stock up! There is also a large island in the center with a large sink for food prep and dishes. A buffet with storage overhead along the interior wall provides ample space for your daily dishes and things. 2017 DRV Luxury Suites Mobile Suites MSA 40 AIRE, The "Aire" from DRV is a new lighter weight, slightly less expensive version of the Mobile Suite. Cost and weight were reduced by change from tube to I Beam frame, my eliminating the MorRyde IS feature, and by reverting to a 2 1/2" wall versus the 3 1/2" wall of the regular mobile Suite. Wall is laminated, which increases strength. R factor is 11 1/2 versus 13 1/2. Dining table is free standing. The interior cabinetry and features are same/similar to the regular Mobile Suite. Great bathroom with double lavatory. Still has the vanity glide feature and the same painted exterior. Weight reduced to 14,300 lbs, thus only needs "G" range tires versus "H" range. Axles are still 8K and has disc brakes. DRV has designed this trailer, so that it's weight will be compatible with a single wheel truck and even some of the new 3/4 ton trucks. Also coming in a 38' size.
