Great for full timers or people wanting a top of the line 5th wheel.The bathroom on a slide out giving so much more room. Full shower with bench seat. Linen closets and lots of drawers. Also, has push button commode. Mirrored pocket door from bedroom to bathroom (very convenient for those mid-night visits.) Residential, stainless refrigerator/bottom freezer with ice maker. Micro-convection along with gas range. Spice cabinets. 3 roll out shelves in pantry. Soft shut drawers. There are more cabinets and drawers than I have in my house. Plenty of counter space with a separate buffet counter. Slide out trash receptacle cabinet. Mocha cherry cabinets. You won't find any pressed boards in these cabinets. Dining for 4, with a drop leaf table.Lane cream color leather sofa sleeper with matching double incliner loveseat. Central vac. King bed. Washer/dryer hook ups. Lots of LED lighting. Electric fireplace, use gas furnace or heat pump, 2 AC's. 2 TV's, Bose sound system, Blu-ray DVD player.8 ft tall slide outs. 2013 Drv Tradition 380RES, This coach is in Myrtle Beach SC. The build sheet is in the photos. Not only does she have two heat pumps, heated tanks and elbows but we have installed a Lazy-Boy double reclining loveseat that is electric push button controlled. Cost $4,000.00. We have also installed a king size temper-pedic mattress. Cost $2,500.00. This unit is a full timers dream. No need to invest any more money in this coach for comfort. I also have a 2015 F250 (Gas) as seen in the photos available. I have installed a Pull-rite auto sliding 18K fifth wheel hitch and check it out Firestone Ride-rite air bags on the rear. It has its own on board compressor and finger tip controls and gauge in the cab. Cost for hitch and bags. $5,000.00. This truck has 4K on it. It is a new Lariat.
