This coach is in very good condition. The exterior has a deep luster. It is fully painted and factory clear-coated. The interior is clean and ready for the next owner. This 2015 Mobile Suites 39DBRS3 is a top-of-line 5th-wheel for RVers that pay attention to detail. The 39DBRS3 is a bath-and-a-half with 3 slides that maximize the living area. It is comfortable and convenient for full-timers or those who want to travel in exceptional comfort. The opposing living room slides offer easy access to the main living space and the full galley, which features an island/counter where the double-bowl galley sink is housed. The carpet and recliners were recently replaced in the living room. The seller added a satellite dish for great programming! The main living area also provides access to the trailer's half-bath, which is on the same floor and directly across from the main entrance.
