This Mobile Suites is in very good shape. The outside is basically flawless and everything works as they should. The whole roof was replaced with a new lifetime replacement one a long with the 2 rear air conditioning units. The only interior flaw that is showing some age is the covering on the 2 sofas. No tears, just some flecks starting to show. Stock #278924 Nashville M-44 5th wheel with front living room 1&1/2 baths New maintenance free lifetime roof, Satellite dish! Pride in ownership really shows with this Mobile Suites Nashville. Both the outside and inside of this unit are pristine and very clean. Seriously, all you would have to do is load all your things and drive away. This rig has it all from the spacious kitchen that would make entertaining friends or family a breeze, to the super comfy large living area and entertainment center. And after a long day making memories it will be easy to unwind in the master bedroom with the king-size bed and large well laid out master bath. With its location in South Texas, you could keep it down in one of the welcoming RV Parks in the Valley and become a "Winter Texan, or maybe use it as a rental and watch the cash flow in.
