Apparently, this coach has not been transported much. It has been used as a "weekend getaway" along a lazy creek in northeast Florida.
The tires have a 2319 DOT date code, but they do not show significant signs of wear.
The coach appears to be well cared for and maintained; however, it appears that the previous owner did have a cat. Although the living room furniture is certainly serviceable, there is evidence of cat scratches shown in the pictures. No smells or unusual odors were noted.
The exterior of the coach and the roof appear to be in good condition, with no damage noted.

It's tough to beat the quality of Mobile Suites, and this 2014 38TKSB3 is a great example of that quality. From the moment you step inside, the quality of the woodwork/cabinetry and the finishes, even in a ten-year-old coach, is pretty impressive.
Enter the coach, and to your left is the primary living area, which includes a large living room with a stadium recliner, two leather chaises with footrests, a ceiling fan, a fireplace, and a hidden flat-screen TV.
Moving forward, there is an expandable dining table that will seat up to four people, a large center island with a stainless steel deep-well sink, and tons of countertop space. Below the island countertop is a dishwasher and lots of storage.
On the wall behind the island are lots more countertop space, a three-burner gas stove with matching cover, storage drawers below, and a large Whirlpool convection microwave oven. There is also a very large stainless steel side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer with ice and water in the door. Additionally, tons of storage is tucked everywhere.
Moving forward, there is a sliding glass-paneled privacy door that opens to the hallway, leading to the primary bathroom and the master bedroom.
On the left side of the hallway are double doors that open to the clothes washer and dryer, which has a cabinet for laundry supplies and a hanging bar.
Across from the laundry cabinet is a spacious bathroom with a large corner shower with glass doors and a skylight, a vanity, sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, and ceiling vent. Again, the bathroom includes lots of storage.
Entering the master bedroom, you'll be impressed with its spaciousness. There is a king-size bed with cabinets above, a whole wall full of drawers and storage cabinets, a flat-screen TV, and a large countertop. Behind the back wall of mirrored sliding doors is a huge cedar-lined closet with many shelves, hanging clothes bars, and larger drawers.
Two 15000 BTU AC units cool the coach, and there is a central vacuum system as well.
Auxillary power is provided by six roof-mounted solar panels, and power is stored in six 200 AmpHr batteries.
Outside, the coach has four slide awnings, a large patio awning, and lots of storage. There is also a roof ladder and an electric reel for the power cord.
