Rear Bunk house model 2010 DRV ELITE SUITES 43 ATLANTA .This trailer is fully loaded, top of the line DRV all season 5th wheel with 5 slide outs. 3 A/Cs (two replaced in past 2 years). 24,000 GVWR, 18,800 dry weight Generator, satellite dish, king bed, bunk beds in aft room. Kept in enclosed shop. about 3000 miles on chassis. 17.5 inch Goodyear H rated tires, air bag on axles, air bag on hitch. Double pane windows. 3 burner gas grille and large microwave. Large LCD TV and sony sound system. Tv in master bedroom and tv hook ups in bunk room. Fiberglass roof. power antennae, 7000kw Onan generator with apx 100 hours (digital hour meter recently stopped working) and oil changed recently. can be started from inside or out. Spare filter comes with RV. The living room Tv raises out of the cabinet but it stopped working and is in the raised position. probably the motor went out. This RV sold for $150,000 new and is lightly used. Head clearance is about 6 ft 6 inches in the master bedroom and bath. 2 ducted ac's (one in living room and bunk room/ one in master bedroom) and one direct blow in living room. This camper stays cool in the hottest summers due to very good insulation. Pulls very nicely and smoothly with the air hitch and axles. Has disc brakes in each axle. 6 hydraulic jacks. Two side cameras and one rear camera built into camper. I have the monitor that goes in the truck but I have never used it. I have never used the satellite dish either. Power awning with wind sensor to close automatically. Has full sized spare tire. 10 gallon water heater (electric and gas). Large double door fridge. Built in vacuum system. Gas furnace ducted in floors. Electric fireplace/heater in living room. Tons of storage. There is currently a lien on the RV (financed through USAA). Camper has the usual paint nicks from road travel but very minor. Bathroom is large with shower/glass door with tub. I replaced the original porcelain toilet when the flush valve malfunctioned. I replaced with manual flush. I have the original toilet if you want to repair it. I believe the fresh water tank is 100 gallon and the black/50 gal and grey water 75 gal. 3.25 inch walls with foam core. 101 inch wide body. 8,000 lb axles. Has outside shower. leveling jacks controlled from outside. It hasn't been used much and it needs to find a good home. Great deal on a luxury DRV for less than half the price. Low retail is $81,395. Priced at $77,000 to move fast and accommodate repairs to the TV lift system, replace burnt light bulbs or replace tires (they are in great shape but 6 years old). Great RV for kids using on the hunting lease, lake, etc. Would like to sell privately but may go to consignment which will be priced higher/ Price NEGOTIALBLE. Make offer!
