This 38RSSA is in like new condition and is only 1 year old. My wife and I purchaed this loaded Mobile Suite RV in Feb of 2016 with every single option available for this model including Travelers Package and the Full Timers Package although this RV was never used as a full timer. We only made one trip to New England last summer and two local trips to Orlando. Selling because we're planning to move up to a motorized RV for longer distance travel in the future.
