Up for Sale is a 2005 Doubletree Mobile Suite 38RL3 5th Wheel Travel Trailer. I ordered this unit and purchased it new in 2005, and have been its sole owner ever since. This is considered a High-line trailer, and all wood and furniture is Amish hand-made. This unit has been meticulously maintained, and anytime it ever needed any service or repairs it was done at the dealer. Most of my use with it was between 2005 - 2010, and since 2011 its been stored inside in climate controlled storage. The following are some of the repairs I had done; - Furnace replaced in 2010; - In March 2012 it went into the dealership to rebuild 2 slide-outs (bedroom and the door-side slide out) due to leaking issues. All double-pane windows throughout the entire unit were also replaced at that time under warranty due to a factory recall issue with fogging between the 2 layers of glass. - Refrigerator replaced in July 2013.
