2005 Drv Mobile Suites 36TK3, 2005 DoubleTree (Now DRV) Mobile Suite 36TK3. I am the second owner of this trailer. Purchased it off of an older couple so the trailer has been lightly used. Only known issue is a small leak near the outside shower head which won't take much to fix. Trailer is loaded. Electric jacks, new awnings (Main awning has motor to extend it out), new tires, new electric/propane combo refrigerator, ice maker, washer/dryer stack, king size bed, spacious shower, and lots of storage space with a slide out rack for convenience. This trailer has been updated a bit from its factory design. We have installed a contemporary tile backsplash behind stove and coffee maker. The valences are a two tone of brown. Trailer has speakers in ceiling and is wired throughout for speaker connections/ satellite. Two roof airs that keep it ice cold in the summer and the furnace works great in the winter.
