Vintage Oasis Travel Trailer Made in Bellflower California Original Ash Wood

We picked this up at an estate sale recently, a great chance for a winter project. It will be the envy of all at the rallies next summer! It is very unusual to find the California built travel trailers here on the east coast. The interior is the original, beautiful ash wood with rounded corners, unique to the California built campers like Kenskill and Oasis. The ceiling has no water damage other then very, very minor staining by the vent (pictured) and is in great condition. The floor is generally solid with most of the original ties in tact. However, on the floor there is an area starting under the ceiling vent going over toward the entrance door (pictured)which is showing signs of the vent having been left open for a while at one time. The side storage hatch was also accidentally left open at the same time and water damage occurred there as well (pictured). The most glaring issue is the torn front skin . This occurred only recently when the previous owner was relocating it for the estate sale with a tractor equipped with forks. No water or other damage has occurred there since and nothing structural was affected. Luckily, the skins are available to purchase online. The electricity works all of the outlets and lights and it has the original fresh water holding tank.. The original Princess Range is in amazing shape and these are quite desirable. The camper can sleep 5 people and has a ceiling height of 6' 4". All of the cushions are in good shape with no rips or tears. The upper fold away bunk and cushion are also in good condition. The trailer towed well for our 100 mile trip home, the bearings stayed cool and the tires appear to be in good condition although they are not new. Brake lights and directional are working.
