Well maintained, all the books on motorhome and accessories. high oil pressure on chevy work hourse engine with 70,000 miles, New house premium batteries and engine battery. recient tune up and fluid change. Good rubber. 50 inch flat screen TV installed. expensive tow-bar hardly used. Roof resealed with 5 year paint. ecquiped kitchen, new water filters, (incoming and sink) 100 gal. water under bed, comfortable second bed in sofa, elect seats, tilt wheel, cruse control, hyd. levelers, low hrs. on generator, two roof airs, lots of bottom storage and closet space, large pantry and large two door refrigerator, (gas and elect.) tag axel makes for smooth ride. I am 83 and my wife does not want to travel anymore.
