The RV appears to be in good condition inside and out. The paint looks good and shines. The tires look good and have made the trip up north and back several times. All systems are working as they should, according to the owner. The batteries were replaced in 2023. One slide-out topper was replaced in 2024, and two rooftop a/c units were replaced. The owners live full-time in the RV, half the year in the south and the other half in the north. The RV has an open design. The bathroom is just off the living room.
