This camper needs a good bath outside, and there are some cosmetic issues that need to be addressed. The paint is in overall good condition, with areas of peeling on the front of the camper due to the Florida sun. Inside the unit, everything works as it should per the seller. Some of the cabinets are scraped from use (Mother-in-law of previous seller lived in it), and there is one cabinet door that needs repair and one that needs glass. All are shown in photos. The pleather furniture is peeling so the seller has covers in them. The seller states that the kitchen has never been cooked in as the mother-in-law would eat in the house. They said they had it recently inspected, and the inspector said that other than the cosmetic issues, the camper is in good condition. This camper appears to be in good condition, and everything works as it should per the seller. The paint is in very good condition, and there are no scratches, dents or any fading that I could see on anything on the coach. There was some water in the outdoor kitchen that was dripping from the hose attached, that caused some damage to the wood in that area, but it has not intruded into the coach and does not effect anything working properly.
