Entire Fifth Wheel was in impressive condition.
The outside compartments in the lower half had doors without rust or any damage and closed evenly and securely. The compartments were clean.
As demonstrated in the video, the awnings closed nicely. They all had toppers to keep the water off.
The graphics on the exterior were imbedded and had a clear coat.
The kitchen and bath were distinctive and appeared luxurious. The flooring was clean, with no marks and no wear. Very attractive light wood appearance.
Sofas and recliner seating had no tears, tight stitching, no wear, and very clean.
One area of stain on the top of a bedroom dresser. The end of one bathroom faucet had some black coating worn off.

Solitude, the model name of the beautiful fifth wheel in Fort Mill, South Carolina, reflects the atmosphere and amenities of the 382WB-R's features and layout.
The appearance of three distinct rooms is evident to the peacefulness and reflection of a real home for families. The front room has a curtain that can be used for privacy at night and a full sliding glass-inserted barn-style door from the kitchen that provides privacy from the bedroom.
The seller has enjoyed the Fifth Wheel and added more to the living arrangement by installing a washer and dryer, slide-out toppers to keep the awnings clean, an Insta-hot water heater, and a 6500 propane generator.
The exterior is apparent in many deep and wide storage compartments. At the end is a very large slide-out that extends to the back of the unit with access to three sides to quickly and accurately have large items in place.
The center of the home is the kitchen with a lovely center island with a double stainless sink and unique custom stainless steel grates that fit exactly into the two spaces to allow dishes a layer of safety from the bottom of the sink. Tiny LED lights on the edge of the counter bring extra ambiance to the warm kitchen. In addition, a separate bar with a stainless sink and hooked faucet is centered on a cabinet with glass-inserted upper cabinet doors. Below is a bar refrigerator for a fun area for beverage storage.
A residential French-door refrigerator is large and deep, providing wonderful, abundant storage space for food.
There is a table and four chairs; one chair needs repair. Presently the RV is also being sold with a desk in the space where the table generally is placed. The desk comes with the sale.
A pantry is near the stove, with a microwave above. The cabinets reveal top designs and overall quality in appearance and function. The kitchen is detailed with pretty lights, glass door insets, tiny LED lights, sparkling stainless steel, lighter floors, a clean stove, stainless sinks, and apparent well-placed counters and appliances.
The living area with two tri-fold sofas also includes theatre seating with insert mini tables that swing, televator TV, storage cabinets, wide windows, easy-to-clean flooring, central vacuum, and a fireplace.
The sellers have owned the unit for a year and a half and have the RV ready for the next owner. RV was manufactured prior to the COVID pandemic.
