This coach appears in good condition, with just a few minor issues.
The external paint appears in very good condition, and no nicks, scrapes, or dents were noticed.
Inside the coach, everything seems to be in good condition, commensurate with the unit's age. The leather on the back sofas, bunk, and sleeping area has some peeling, but it is not bad.
Everything works as it should in the coach, per the seller.

This 2018 Momentum 351M (by Grand Design) is a fifth-wheel toy hauler with an 11-foot garage and a great floor plan that sleeps five people.
The garage has a Happi-Jac electric bunk system that sleeps two people. The lower converts to couches with two types of tables. There is a half bath, TV, washer/dryer prep and a quick set up ramp door patio system with fence, gate and awning.
The living area has a two-seat sofa that reclines with swivel side table attachments, a beverage holder, vibration, and heat. There is also an entertainment center with a TV, CD/DVD, stereo system with surround sound, and a fireplace. There is a loft sleeping area above and a central vacuum system.
The kitchen has an 18 CU FT refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven, three-burner stove, oven, pantry, and plenty of storage. The kitchen island has a large stainless sink with a high-rise faucet and a flip-up counter with two barstools.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with underneath storage, two nightstands, overhead storage, two mirrored, hanging wardrobe closets with drawers, and room for an additional TV.
The bathroom has all the essentials, including a shower with a skylight, toilet, medicine cabinet, linen cabinet, and sink.
One Control for leveling, lighting zones, tank monitoring, awning control, and slides. She also has 3 AC units (one is being replaced now by the seller), a backup camera, a ducted vacuum, and an onboard generator with a separate fuel tank for gas for your toys.
