No rips or tears were observed in the furniture or flooring. No evidence of leaks on the ceiling. The exterior has a few blemishes, one located on the front cap and an area on each side of the RV on the underpinning. There are two areas in the living room where it appears to have stained on the wood. The day of the photos, the slide appeared to be off the track and didn't want to come out straight. The seller's are having it looked at.
