This unit appears to be in very good condition, and well maintained.
The paint is in good condition and has no major scratches or dings. The roof also appears to be in very good condition as shown in photos.
Inside the camper, everything works as it should per the seller.
The drop-down seating in the garage has upholstery that is peeling, as shown in the photos.
There is also one slide topper that has torn near the end and will need to be addressed at some point. It is working fine as it is right now though.
Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm the unit's condition before purchase.

Beautiful Momentum 397th, Great Loft, Toy Hauler, Pantry, Clean!
The 2018 Momentum 397TH is packed with amenities and features to keep you comfortable on or off the grid. The Momentum sleeps up to 8, has a well-appointed living/dining area, and an island kitchen.
The garage has plenty of space for toys, can be converted into a living space with a patio off the rear. The garage is 12'5" long and 8' wide. This unit also has two fuel tanks that hold 15 gal of fuel each for a total of 30 gal for your toys! There's also an on-board generator, so you'll be ready to go off-grid!
Access the interior of the 2018 Momentum up 2 pull-down, solid steps with adjustable legs for a solid and safe entry.
Inside the front entry door is the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The back entrance provides direct access to the garage.
The kitchen is located directly across the entry door. An island with a dual sink and pull-down sprayer is positioned in front of the appliances and surrounding counter tops. Above the island are pendant lights.
The appliances consist of a 4-door refrigerator/freezer, a 30" convection/microwave with hood fan, a 3-burner stove with cooktop cover, and an oven. There is also plenty of cupboard and drawer storage in the kitchen area including a lighted pantry and an adjacent wall with countertop space, cupboards, and drawer storage.
Across from the kitchen is the dining table with 4 chairs. The chairs have a convenient storage place underneath the seat bottom. There is overhead lighting and windows with roller shades behind and to one side of the table.
Next to the dining table, located in one of the three slides, is a pair of power recliners. The recliners also have illuminated beverage holders with controls for message and heat. A USB charging port is also located on the side of the beverage holder.
Across from the recliners is the entertainment center. The entertainment center features a 49" TV, an electric fireplace with cabinet storage at the top.
Located just above the door to the garage is a loft bed with ladder.
A central vacuum system with the hose connection near the steps to the front of the fifth wheel provides an easy and convenient way to keep the Momentum clean.
At the top of the steps to the left is one of two full baths. The master bathroom features a shower with sliding glass shower doors and a skylight, a foot-flush toilet, a sink with cabinet storage below. There is a medicine cabinet above the sink with a linen closet overhead the toilet. An electric ceiling fan provides ventilation.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with storage beneath the bed. There are windows to either side of the headboard area. There is a storage cabinet with shelving to one side of the bed. The front wall hosts a large hanging closet with mirrored sliding doors. On the back wall are integrated shelves for shoes. Next to that is an additional closet with a washer and dryer, so you can take care of your clothes washing needs wherever you are!
Across from the bed is a dresser with a window above. Above the window, facing the bed, is a wall mounted TV.
A Happi-Jac electric bunk system is provided with opposing folding sofas with a removable table for lounging and enjoying the day. The sofas can be folded down to create a queen bed and an additional queen bed can be lowered to accommodate sleeping for 4.
On the forward wall of the garage is a TV that can be pulled down for easy viewing.
The second bathroom is accessible from the garage and features a sink with cabinet storage below, a foot flush toilet, and a shower with curtain. A medicine cabinet is located above the sink and open shelving is provided for linen and other equipment. The seller added the eco pro spray for added protection from deteriorating of body paint and decal, and eco pro spray for sanitize and furniture protection as well.
The garage also features a 3-Season garage wall between the garage and patio.
The patio can be set up quickly with the "quick set ramp patio door system". The patio gates can be rolled locked into place with very little effort. An electric rear awning can be extended over the patio to provide shade while relaxing.
