This Fifth Wheel looks to have been well maintained, although I could not view the RV with slide-outs open, as no space or power source was available. All leather furniture has been replaced as original had peeling issues. The exterior is starting to show some signs of weather exposure on the laminate. A wax or ceramic coating would work well.
