The flooring is in good condition. Upholstery is peeling on all three sofas in the living area. The roof appears intact, with no visual signs of leaks. The exterior of this unit is in decent shape. There are some signs of fading and wear and tear from use. Inside, it shows a few signs of use. 2015 Grand Design Solitude, 5th wheel. It has been very good to us just not needing it anymore due to buying a house. The front living area is very spacious with a huge TV, full surround sound, and a fireplace great for entertaining! Both couches fold out into queen beds so the trailer sleeps 8 comfortably. Kitchen area has a huge pantry, island with double sinks, lots of storage space and a double fridge. Bathroom has a full size shower and glass vessel style sink. Rear bedroom has its own entry door from outside as well as door in hallway. Bed is a full size queen with storage underneath. Rear wall has the huge closet and a closet that is washer/dryer prepped. The RV does have dual A/Cs and great furnace. I have the window unit installed just to help with the south tx heat, A/Cs still work great. Trailer has been very well maintained, still like new.
