The sellers recently repaired an awning track that came loose from the sidewall. The pleather on one of the loveseats shows wear and tear, so the new owner may want to replace it. The tires on this RV are in great shape with only being 19 months old. The overall condition is very good, with no major problems. There is very little oxidation in the front. This 2017 Solitude 374TH manufactured by Grand Design is located in Gunter Texas. When you enter this very roomy RV, you enter into the kitchen. It has a large refrigerator. The double sink is in a nice-sized island. The stove and microwave are also in good condition. There is a good size pantry, and next to it is the door that opens up to the washer and dryer. The dining table has been replaced with a L-shaped desk. As you go to the back, you enter the full bath off of the hall. There is a good size shower. The vanity has a nice bowl sink with a medicine cabinet above. In the back is the bedroom with a queen size bed, with room to walk around it. Up front is a large living area with 2-couches, and a double recliner. There is a TV that is retractable into the cabinet. In the cabinet next to the TV is a stereo system that has speakers throughout the RV. The exterior is in great shape, and has a lot of storage, there is upgraded steps that go with the RV.
