Smoke-free environment. We recently drove the RV over 8,000 miles. It's one of the easiest motorhomes to drive that we've ever had. Everything inside the motorhome works like it's supposed to, except for the items listed above. Overall the RV is in great shape and with a little tender loving care it can be in perfect shape. The RV has only had three owners. The first owner put all new windows in and redid the roof. There is no leakage at all in the motorhome. The second owner only had it approximately 2 years and only drove it twice to a nearby state park. She purchased it to live in if the bank foreclosed on her home. We are Independent Baptist missionaries in Chile and returned to the state for a short 3 months. We used it as our home and our vehicle. There is a 3500 lb. Reese hitch and light hookup. I have put on 6 new tires, had the transmission flushed and new liquid put in, had the original alternator rebuilt, had recent tune-up on the motor - sparkplugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor cap, put in a new in-line gas filter, recently had a tuneup on the generator, purchased new airbags - they need to be put on,purchased a new chassis battery, had a round crack in the windshield on the passengers side sealed, replaced the drain in the bathroom sink, had the front end aligned and I am planning to put in a new table top. The following things work like they should: TV and DVD player, dash air and two air conditioners, microwave, three burner stove, gas/electric two door refrigerator, water pump, hot water heater, floor night lights, outside light at door, map reading lights, motorhome gauges, lights in general, cruise control, battery booster, two new coach batteries, motor, transmission and all mechanical aspects, and radio and stereo system. We have three boxes of self-adhesive linoleum tile if you want to take the rug out of the bathroom area. The bathroom has the sink and shower on one side and the toilet is in a small room by itself on the other side. The motorhome will need to be paid for and picked up before July 11th because that is when we fly back to Chile. Please only serious buyers! I have listed the motorhome locally so I reserve the right to remove the motorhome before the ending date. If you have any questions, please feel free to call Tom at 6613613854.
