RVing in Comfort and Quality Up for sale is a Class A motorhome in excellent shape for it's age. I am the third owner. This first was an older couple who used it all summer long in a campground within 20 miles of their home. The second owner had it only for a year prior to me buying it in 2011. He used it for a single trip to the Dakota's for his son's wedding. I've only used it 8 times since I've owned it. The engine is a GM Fuel Injected 454 cid with a 4 speed Overdrive Transmission and Cruise Control. I've installed a K&N Air Filter. Fuel economy is around 10-12 mpg best as I can figure. I have improved the trailer hitch to a Class IV and have hauled a classic car on a flat bed trailer 6 of the 8 trips with no problem. A trailer brake is included. The water heater has had a new brain/control box installed this year. The Onan 5000 watt generator has had the fuel feed line upgraded to accomodate fuel with 10-15% ethanol as well as a new fuel pump and coil. The tires are Michelin and look like new. The coach has just turned over 33k miles. The Gas/AC Refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner oven/stove, furnace, Roof Top AC and microwave work exceptionally well. Coach sleeps up to 6: 2 on the queen size bed, 2 on the fold down dinette and 2 on the convertible couch. Storage is abundant both inside and out. The commode is separate from the shower. The body is in very good condition with no visible damage but the decals are somewhat faded and weather checked. The stand off bolts for the roof ladder need to be replaced and will be hopefully before delivery. I have hit most of the highlights but will answer any questions to the best of my ability. I will only transact the final transfer of title on an business day during normal business hours.
