This 2001 coach over-powered with a Ford gasoline 7.4 Vortec engine & Allison transmission, and prized Workhorse suspension, only 29,945 miles, was purchased in Florida and since in Minnesota the coach was always sheltered when not in use. In fact, the storage unit is paid to June of 2017 so you can store it free of charge for balance of time and you can renew for only $350 annual fee - super cheap!! This unit has extra features such as two flat screen TVs - besides the original TV in the dash. the 32" is in the bedroom and the 19" is in the kitchen, both can be used while on the road. All TVs have a DVD player. New tires, new air suspension, all three batteries are new. The front end, hydraulic lift, generator, transmission, and engine was serviced, fluid change-tune up-inspection and I replaced parts as needed, all this year.
