2008 Clean Outlaw this one has 12' garage. This motor home has always been stored in a building and taken care of. Has just over 29k miles and 238hrs on generator. Installed complete Banks system. Installed rear air bags for better ride and load control. We have had all kinds of vehicals in it. Our CJ5 worked reall well for the lake to sink the boat and has a get around vehical and we even had our slingshot in it. had to leave door to the interiour open a little for the back wheel but it worked. We have had a 4 seater razor in this just let the air out of the tires. Great toyhauler we have purchased a diesel pusher for more traveling and livining in it and not needing to take the toys as much anymore. There is nothing wrong with it ready to go. Tires are in great shape with lots of tread left. This motorhome has a lot of options and this price is 11k under average retail and 2,500 over low. This motor home is not low retail shape Not interested in any trades.

Had a bad consignment experience prefer to pass your profit on to buyer in savings.Brand New House batteries.Automatic leveling jacks.5500 Onan Generator can run both ACs, microwave, TV / DVD all at the same tame.Exterior fuel station for the toys.Wind-sensitive automatic closing awning on patio area.Two years/ less than 2,000 miles on tires.12' garage, plenty of room for a family's worth of powersportsInside garage has chain lift frame onto which a Damon build bed can be mounted for addition sleeping space for two, could bring the sleeping capacity to 7, or 8 if two small children.This unit did not come with the garage bed, so I built this chain lift drop down into a bicycle rack, so they could be stowed in the garage, and lifted out of the way to allow motorcycles in.Also in the garage:AM/FM CD/Bluetooth Dongle which has speakers both in the garage and two external marine speakers and control mounted on the exterior in the porch area for very easy campfire tunes.AV (sat/cable/antenna) connection and TV mount but currently no TV.POS/NEG battery terminals connected to the house batteries for charging up your hauled toys batteries.Tool Shelf and closet rod for offroad clothes. I believe 55 gallon capacity on both grey and black water tanks and 80 gallon freshwater tank. Typically my wife and I would comfortably go 3 days without hookups and regular water usage (non-military showers, etc.)Main living area has two TV's, forward one has been upgraded to LED for longer watching off of inverter. Above door TV is the original Jensen, and this one can run while the coach is driving on inverter. Great for Kids to watch cartoons or DVDs while underway. (Main TV has automatic shutoff for driving, for obvious reasons. Half time / microwave / regular convection combination can cook anything from frozen pizzas to biscuts, and three regular propane burners above. Driving seating (safety belts) for 9. Cruise control, rear view camera, powered sun shades for easy driving. Handles real well for a double-decker.Delivery options may be possible in Florida or South East US.Note: Last few pictures are removal process of Decals.
