This trailer was 'CUSTOMIZED' in the early spring of 2015.We used a 'NEW' standard trailer frame, which included the frame, axle, wheels, tires, A-frame coupler, and complete wiring harness with lights.We upgraded most of the hardware.A custom built 'oak' base block was made for the trailer lift jack out of ( 1 3/4" ) thick stock, using (9) 3/8" new bolts.The trailer safety chains were upgraded to a 5/16" link with safety clips.The 'Top-Wind' frame jack includes a caster assembly with a 6" wheel and a jack foot plate ( 4"x 7 1/2" ).We added bearing protector caps with grease fittings.Trailer tires: 5.30-12" (4 ply tread / 3 ply side wall).There are (4) heavy duty 'galvanized' stake brackets (for 2"x4"s) mounted on the frame sides, with (6) additional stake brackets for the front end extension sides (included, but not mounted).The ( 5' x 9 1/2' ) 'CUSTOM' deck is made out of ( 1" x 5 1/2" ) solid 'Douglas Fir' planks.The (11) deck planks are mounted to the sub-deck planks with almost (600) coated deck screws. The (5) sub-deck planks ( 1" x 5 1/2" ) are mounted directly to the frame of the trailer with bolts.We bolted (8) HEAVY DUTY ' D-Ring ' tie-down anchors through the deck onto the trailer frame.There is a 'CUSTOM" extension to the front of the deck, which adds 1 1/2' to the deck length, ( 11'4" overall length ).The frame for the extension is made of solid 'oak' beams and secured with heavy duty deck screws and is also mounted to the frame with bolts.The deck was recently ( Labor Day Weekend 2015 ) sanded and coated with an exterior 'Varathane' oil finish.The new 'oak' base block for the trailer jack was also coated with the 'Varathane' oil.Loading ramps 9" x 72" are optional for $60.I have included some photos above, showing some of our 'Specialty Projects', which we transported on this extremely stable trailer.
