This 24 feet Tiny House on Wheels beauty has metal panel sidings and roof with cedar planks on both ends for a virtual maintenance free house. This tiny house will be available for pickup in one month. It includes below the countertop freezer and fridge, a one unit LG washer/dryer and a 9000 BTU mini-split air conditioner/heater with a total of 22 outlets. It features magnesium oxide boards and plywood instead of the cheaper drywall and OSB. Magnesium oxide board is a natural breathable material which is fire, mold and mildew resistant. It will have closed cell foam for insulation. It has heavy duty triple axles totaling 18k lbs. The steel foundation is as thick and as solid as you can get. It has a 5' wide bathroom with a bathtub. The composting toilet is from C-Head which separates the liquid from the solids. It features a bidet spray with a toilet flange ready to be converted to a normal flush toilet. It has a rain shower head and another shower head with extendable hose set lower instead of a bathtub faucet. It works great for if you have a dog or just want to wash your feet. The flooring is a walnut luxury vinyl plank which is waterproof. It has a lower loft with enough headroom for a tall person to sit upright. Heavy Duty, Boat Hauling trailer, w/ 3 - 10K lb axles, very low mileage tires, electric brake assist, heavy duty dual tongue jack, bumper hitch setup, 7 pin barrel plug light hookup, 10 adjustable screw jack padded jack stands, almost full length center keel rest w/ open rear area to allow for larger props and skegs.This heavy haul trailer was custom built to be used for a boat hauling business. However, the trailer was not used as planned. Current owner purchased the trailer for a one time use in moving our vessel to a local lake for launch. This trailer was used to support vessel during recent bottom sanding and repainting. Its only defect, a small amount of dripped and splattered bottom paint.This trailer has multiple applications for boat hauling or convert to an auto or tank haul trailer. Owner has clear title and only interested in a cash & carry deal, buyer will need to arrange for local pick up.
