The installed set of dual Telescoping 3500 lb. axles allows your Classic Car Hauler to convert for use as a Box (1.75 Cu yd of material), Car (120" WB, 4650 lbs), Flat Bed (124" x 78"), ATV (2 or more), Motorcycle (3 Lg Bikes), Tilt bed (up to 12 Deg), Pole/Pipe (Safely to 20' Lengths), Equipment (Landscape. Construction Weld), Pallet (3 loaded from side) trailer. This conversion process (see pictures) requires one person, 20 minutes and absolutely NO TOOLS. It's manual Winch System/Fairlead Roller (electric optional) allows for self-recovery of any vehicle (see criteria above). The Removable Fenders allow forklifting pallets and cargo from either side and facilitate opening car doors when a car is loaded (no more window exits). The flooring, removable center panel, side and front panels are all made of 6061 extruded Aluminum. The Folding Side Panels fold inward or outward 90 Degrees and are supported in the outward position (Flat Bed) by a series of 10 outriggers. The proprietary flooring panel design has integrated channels that accept a variety of fixed and removable T-Bolts and T-Nuts capable of affixing almost any piece of equipment (equipment, accessories, wheel stops, blocks, wheel cradles, etc.). The Folding Front Panel performs four separate functions. The three piece, 48" long Ramp System is designed to lower/raise one, two or all three ramps at a time, no more heavy and awkward lifting or quirky assistance devices. Left and right ramps are interchangeable, can achieve any width from zero to 76" wide and are self stored when not used. A Multifunction Jack raises and lowers the trailer, and when two tipper latches are released, Tilts the upper frame above the lower frame to 12 degrees. This feature facilitates off loading and loading low clearance sports cars...the Jack self-stores in seconds. A 7K Titan Coupler/Brake Actuator (1 7/8" or 2" ball) activates the free backing, 10" x 2.25", hydraulic brakes on all axles (Elect Brakes optional). The Handyman features over and under 80" wide DOT lighting through it's four/five wire (flat) system (LED lights optional). All wiring/brake lines are protected and contained inside frame. Other optional equipment include rear stabilizer jacks, spare tire and carrier, tool crib, light brush guards, ramp storage, mud flaps, removable center panel, removable center ramp, folding/fixed side panels, front panel and four 12K tie down system. Upper (Cargo) frame separates from lower (Trailer) frames in minutes and can be replaced with another identical cargo frame. Quality is number one on a Handyman, "the last trailer you will ever buy". All butt joints are continuously welded (both sides)and axles are triangulated to the coupler to within 1/16" tolerance (the ride and wheel tracking is incredible).
