One of a kind new, unused custom built Teardrop Camper. My neighbor and I completed the trailer in 2014 but did not list it since it was out of season. Please note. This camper was not built on a hardware store "utility" trailer that was designed to haul a lawnmower, boat, lumber, or other items. This is truly a custom built camper from it's tubular steel frame to it's cherry wood cabinets. The steel frame was professionally welded and designed for proper weight distribution and proper tongue weight for safe towing. The cherry cabinets were built by a professional wood-craftsman for beauty, proper fit, and long lasting durability. The camper was was built to look like a mid 1950's Benroy teardrop camping trailer. It is a 2 door 5x10 camper with a queen size bed interior and a kitchen in the rear hatch. There is an electrical hookup on the side for the built in battery charger and the 120 volt AC outlets in the cabin and in the hatch. There are also 12 volt DC outlets in the cabin and hatch for the TV, gaming, and phone charging. There are 2 propane tanks on the front which are hard piped to the rear hatch for the stove. The trailer connector is a standard 7 pin connector. The camper has lots of storage in the cabin and in the hatch. The cabin has beautiful custom built Cherry wood cabinets with really nice hardware and magnetic latches. The walls are cherry veneer and the ceiling is pickled/white washed tongue and groove boards. The floor is an easy to clean vinyl linoleum which will be covered by a queen size mattress. The mattress is not included due to your personal preference. There are AC and DC outlets are in the TV area. The lighting in the cabin includes 2 reading lights, a dual overhead light fixture, and a mood light under the shelving. A new 12 volt LED HDTV DVD Combo is included and has all of the latest technology inputs for video, gaming, and more. There are two sealed battery compartments under the floor. There is a 12 volt Fantastic fan and screens on the doors for ventilation. The cabin lighting is controlled by a 3 position switch just inside each door for easy access from either side of the trailer. The exterior is made from aluminum sheeting, trim, fenders, and stainless steel screws. There is a polished aluminum tread-plate in the front for a gravel guard. Both doors have keyed (alike) teardrop chrome handles and windows with screens. There is an exterior light above each door which is switch controlled from inside the door. It has LED taillights, standard backup lights, and running lights which are all replicas of mid-50's lights. There is a full size spare tire and wheel under the trailer and it is cable controlled for lowering and raising. It has a rolling trailer jack on the tongue and 2 stabilizer jacks under the rear of the trailer. The kitchen in the hatch also features custom built Cherry cabinets. It has an aluminum counter-top with a cutting board access to the below storage area. The cutting board can used with the cooler in place or completely removed to put or take larger items out of the lower storage area. The 34K BTU Camp Chef stove slides out of the cabinet on the left and includes a 3 sided aluminum wind break. There is a stainless sink with an automatic water pump. It has a 7 gallon fresh water tank and a 7 gallon gray water tank with a drain under the rear of the trailer. The kitchen is well lit with 2 dome lights. The trailer has a Dexter torsion axle for a smooth ride and features their EZ lube hubs. The wheels are 15" Crager chrome smoothies with baby moon hubcaps. The classic Coleman cooler, 12 Volt HDTV, full siize spare tire/wheel, propane tanks, and one 12 Volt battery are included. Notice! This trailer has never been registered or titled. In Tennessee, it can be registered as a home built trailer. You will need to check with your local DMV regarding questions to registering home built trailers. I will provide a bill of sale to the purchaser. I will not ship the trailer but will work with your pre-arranged shipper for pick up. Also note the camper is for sale locally so it may be removed from Ebay at any time. If I receive the required deposit, it will not be sold locally.
