The trailer has been very lightly used and has a "V" shaped front for easy towing. It has electric tongue jack, front and back stabilizers, and awning. It has one slide out that contains the fridge and sofa. There is a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Also the sofa folds out to a double bed and the dinette table drops down to make another double bed (sleeps 6). It has a nice shower in the bathroom as well as lots of storage. The kitchen area is in the front of the trailer. The fridge/freezer and the hot water heater run on both propane and electric (switch automatically) There is a 3 burner propane stove with an oven as well as a microwave. The electric AC and propane powered heater. There is one 44 gal.fresh water tank, two 20 gal gray water tanks (one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom), and one 38 gal. black water tank. The discharge hoses are all new. There is a grill that attaches to the side of the trailer and is attached to the trailer's propane supply (two 20 gal. bottles) as well as an outdoor shower. The 36' flat screen TV swivels for total access and has both antennae and cable connections. All windows, vents, and skylights are leak free. The trailer is in excellent shape and well cared for. Comes with "Equalizer" weight distribution package and a custom reinforced bumper to handle a bike rack.
