This is a lightly used 2023 Cruiser Aire 30RLS. The seller purchased it to live in for three months while doing a job. While photographing the unit, the representative did not see any imperfections inside or outside. Stock #418057 2023 Cruiser Aire by Crossroads in great condition. Oversized water heater, washer/dryer hookups, center island and more. This RV is virtually flawless, with no signs of wear and tear. It was purchased to live in for three months while doing a job. A little overkill on the climate control with two units instead of the customary one on a unit of this size. One for the living area and one for the bedroom. If 'cool' isn't the issue, there is also a furnace to compliment the fireplace. Starting at the front of the unit, the bedroom has a queen-sized bed and generous storage. There is also a flat-screen TV for entertainment before dozing off. The bathroom with shower, fan, sink, and toilet is toward the rear. Moving rearward past the entry door and the accessory control panel is a roomy dining/kitchen area. A convenient island with a farm-style sink gives plenty of room on the perimeter for a large pantry and a refrigerator with a separate freezer. To complete the kitchen, there is a three-burner stove with a splash guard and an oven. Located above the stove is the microwave. There is plenty of storage space for all the necessary kitchen gadgets and counter space next to the stove. The rear of the unit is dedicated to comfortable living. With the push of a button, a large flat screen crawls out of the top of the entertainment center. Below the TV is a great fireplace. The overall condition of this motorhome is very good. The swivel chair in the living area has a small patch on the right armrest as does the driver's seat. Outside the curbside wheel well has some discoloration. Not sure what caused it. Everything else is in very good condition. Stock #364254 2019 BT CRUSIER. GREAT CONDITION.
