This RV looked nice and clean. There were no visible leaks or stains. The fridge needs a little wiping out. Seller will take care of cleaning up the interior shelves of the fridge. The previous owner's renovation efforts were very impressive. The futon couch was a nice addition. There is plenty of room to add a couple of comfy chairs or even a recliner or another couch.
