Booth dinette and recliners are on a slide out. AM/FM/CD/DVD stereo system, and TV antenna. 30" LCD TV in the living room, with an electric fireplace underneath. TV flips around, to face the exterior, for the outside entertainment area. In the kitchen area at the rear of the trailer: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave oven, sink (which is on the kitchen island) and hot water tank. In the bathroom, in a private room: toilet, vanity, and corner shower. Full outside kitchen (fridge, stove, sink). Two power awnings (one over the main entrance, and another over the outside entertainment/kitchen area). Many more options. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
