Every appliance and feature works as designed per the seller. The roof looks to be in solid condition with no indications of leaks. There are a few cracks in the caulk. The exterior shows no wear, scratches, or damage. There is one hinge in the living area that needs tightening. There is one piece of trim to the right of the fireplace that needs to be reattached. The tires are originals per the date codes and show cracking on the sidewalls. Stock #378927 Affordable, luxurious, and rare Redwood, under 35', and in great condition with full body paint! Unless you knew before seeing this, you'd swear it was new! As you walk in, you see the great kitchen with a large four door fridge with icemaker.
