This trailer is in great condition. Super light, 4500 lbs! Half-ton towable. No slide-outs, sleeps 4 there is a front bedroom with storage underneath a small closet on either side and a shelf over the bed for more storage there is one sliding doors for privacy. The living room has a futon/sofa and cabinets over head next to the sofa is a large u-shaped dinette it seats 4 it can also be made into a bed the kitchen is across from the dinette it has a double door fridge gas/electric a double sink, cabinets overhead, a built in microwave plenty of cabinet and drawer space underneath. There is also a full size pantry by the dinette. The bathroom is located on the left of the dinette its is private and enclosed with a self contained toilet and a huge stand in tub/shower combo, a full size cabinet with mirror, power vent, 6 gallon gas/electric DSI water heater, skylight over tub, skylight in kitchen living room the rear. Two TV mounts already installed: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The RV is satellite ready and the RV is wood grain linoleum. The AC is 15,000 btu. There is an outside kitchen with mini fridge, sink, and TV hook up. Outside shower. Wind down jacks, awning, and hitch. It also has a new roof coat and I'm including all water and sewer lines.
