2008 Crossroads Sunset Trail , 2008 Crossroads Sunset Trail 30BH. It is a 32 ft long Travel Trailer with bunks. Updated, Fun and Funky! - Queen Bed - Twin over Full Bunks in back, bottom bunk folds away - Dry weight 5,295 lbs - GVWR: 7875 - Furnace and A/C both work great - 2 Propane Tanks - Microwave/Oven/3 burner stove - Refrigerator/Freezer - Large kitchen counter - Stainless Steel Double Sink - Full living area slide - Bathroom with TUB/shower, - Master has lift-up bed with some interior storage and access to exterior storage - Sofa is a sleeper sofa - Dinette can be made into bed - Altogether you could sleep up to 9 people if needed. - Mostly laminate flooring for easy cleaning - Large exterior awning! Great for shade - TV in living area pulls out to be viewable from many angles We put all new tires on it in March 2015 (see pics), but we have since put about 12,000 more miles on. There are some fixes needed that we just aren't going to have time to do before getting our new trailer, and we want to be clear about them. This is why we are offering the trailer at such a good price. - 2 kitchen drawers need new tracks - Pantry cabinet needs reinforcement - Entry steps need welding (they work but one side is not attached well) - Outdoor storage compartment the door doesn't stay open on its own - Awning is completely functional, but some of the fabric is cracking. We have taped it up with white duct tape and for now it is still functioning great. - Shade on one small window needs repair, but still functions - cabinetry paint job needs some touching up. We have the paint. - Fabric on underbelly needs some repair, but it isn't affecting anything. What IS included: -Anything that is attached or originally came with it- furniture, appliances, shades, window boxes, sofa, dinette cushions, bunks and mattresses, backsplash, etc - shower curtain - storage ottomans - new RV queen mattress - curtains in front of master bedroom and the rod/rings to hang it with - storage cubes inside master clothing closets - storage drawers in "pantry" - slipcover on sofa - command hooks that are hanging in bedrooms and bathrooms (if they are removed, paint will be missing underneath as we had to sand to make them stick well). - Sewer hose kit What is NOT going to be included: - Our tool cart kitchen island - throw pillows - bedding on any of the beds - personal items - decor that you see hanging on walls (there will be no wall damage) This is a great unit and has worked extremely well for us. We love it. We aren't looking to hide anything, it needs some fixing. But it's beautiful, homey, functions well and might just be a great fit for your family at a great price.
