2014 Crossroads Cruiser Aire 30BH fifth wheel (5th wheel). We bought new from Terrytown RV. This trailer is in like new condition. Dry weight of 8500 pounds. It had been stored inside up until May this year. I just bought a cover for it for the winter ($300) and I'll throw that in as well. We had the exterior and interior protection package applied when we bought it to protect against fading, sticker peeling, etc. The trailer has two slide outs, one in main living area with the booth table and tri-fold couch, and one for master wardrobe. It has an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, mini-fridge and work area. Upgraded fridge inside (8 cu-ft as opposed to standard 6), outdoor speakers, power awning, bunks in the rear, lots of storage throughout! Max air fan covers in master bedroom and bathroom, fantastic fan in master bedroom. 50 amp service and is wired for a second air conditioner in the master bedroom.
