For sale: Our 2005 Crossroads Cruiser CT30BH Travel Trailer. We are the original owners, custom ordered this unit in late 2004. Very family friendly layout, less than 5k miles it. The trailer has been in California its entire life and is rust free. It has the following upgrades: Enhancement Package; Cranberry Decor; Sleeps 8; hide-a-bed sofa; Dual 5,200 lb axles; 15" aluminum wheels; 10 Gal water heater; 8 cu ft refrigerator with real wood panel doors that match rest of cabinets; 15k btu AC; Two Fantastic fans; E-Z Flex Equalizers; larger porcelain toilet upgrade; Upgraded insulation; Outside shower; Generator rack; power tongue jack; Master bedroom has day/night shades; New 18' dometic main awning (replaced 2 years ago); The slide awning has a small tear at the front edge - It still works fine but perhaps could be removed or replaced in a couple years. NADA is close to $15k, Asking $11,800. We have all paperwork including original build sheets, receipts, and all maintenance logs. Trailer is registered in CA and paid through May 2017. Can possibly deliver to western US for a reasonable cost when sold or eastern US in March 2017.
