(I easily pull it with my F150 V6)26' Length x 8' wide with an 11' x 38" slide (Sofa and dining area). Smooth white gel coat body with diamond plate rock guard. Double entry doors for convenience. 30 amp service, single black holding tank with internal cleaning nozzle and double gray water tanks. Ducted AC and heat. Upgraded Polartec winter insulation package. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, living room sofa folds flat to sleep 2. AM/FM stereo with 4 indoor speakers and 2 outdoor marine grade speakers. 23" Toshiba TV. Double batteries with power tongue jack. Power awning cover (no tears or holes). Double propane tanks. Heavy duty steel belted radial Trailer King tires (Bought new April 2016). Adult owned, Never smoked in, no pets. Exceptionally maintained. Waxed 2x per year, always stored with RV cover ($300 RV cover included in sale). The rubber roof has been conditioned bi-anually with the manufacturer recommended sealant.
