My wife and I bought a 38' Hampton by Cross Roads Park Model trailer as an In-law guest suite. The trailer has 3 slide outs for plenty of room. The trailer comes with $4000.00 in skirting. It also comes with the deck that was built to be relocatable. The deck cost an additional $4500.00. Everything is brand new and works. The trailer was hardly used maintained 100%. All in we have over $65,000.00 invested.
