28 feet long, owned by nonsmokers. Unit has 2 tan leather chairs in the back and a jackknife couch which converts into a bed; all with storage cabinets overhead. There is a 29” television and AM/FM stereo with inside/outside speakers in the living area. The unit has one power slide out in the living area. The dining table converts to a bed and has storage under the seats. In the kitchen is a stove, oven, High Pointe microwave, vent, sink, and Norcold refrigerator with freezer, furnace and air condition. The master bedroom is in the front of the trailer and includes a comfortable queen size mattress (perfect shape). There are closets on both sides of the bed and storage along the top. The bath has a 3 piece set and the enclosed shower includes a skylight. Dark wood style linoleum runs through-out the trailer and cherry colored cabinets compliment the interior. Both of the units doors have had screen cross bars added for extra durability. A BRAND NEW 20 foot awning was just installed this summer at the dealership. Outside is a “shower,” bike rack, spare tire, and pass-through storage. Unit has only been taken out about half a dozen times, like new condition.
