This trailer is in great condition 8 months old it has two bedrooms two slide-outs the trailer sleeps 10 there is a front bedroom with storage underneath a small closet on either side and a shelf over the bed for more storage there is two sliding doors n either side for privacy the living room is next the sofa is a two seater and is also a sleeper couch there is cabinets over head next to the sofa is a large u-shaped dinette it seats 6 it can also be made into a bed the kitchen is across from the dinette it has a double door fridge gas/electric a double sink cabinets overhead a built in microwave plenty of cabinet and drawer space underneath there is also a full size pantry by the dinette the bathroom is located on the left of the dinette its is private and enclosed with a self contained toilet and a stand in tub/shower combo a full size cabinet with mirror -and power vent 6 gallon gas/electric dsi water heater skylight over tub skylight in kitchen living room the rear bedroom sleeps 6 it has a slideout with full size sofa with a pull_out trundle bed there is a bunk over head there is another twin bed and there is a second bunk with a shelf underneath for tv/ games ext the rv is satellite ready the rv is wood grain linoleum Thur out the ac is 15,000 btu the outside has a outside kitchen -outside shower spare tire outside storage wind down jacks electric awning electric hitch I am moving and do not want to pay storage this rv is a great price it is fully self contained can be used year round I can also deliver and setup the Rv
