Used only 2 season and this one is 36ft , 4 slide outs with slide out roof cover, 2 AC with Automatic Roof Air Vent, Electric Fire place(saves propane gas), Home theater system. Central Vacuum system. Installed back up battery system. Honda 2000 Generator less than 40 hr used included. All Aluminum Frame structure construction . Very clean in & out.
