5th Wheel well maintained , New Tire with nitrogen and all seals on slide outs replaced recently (no leaking just maintenance) . Bought brand new had 4 season package -( More insulation and sealed for all different weather climates) . Was in Michigan , Then ended up in Florida working and Living in KOA campground . Has alot of storage underneath . New Battery's for back up . 2 lp tanks , Central Vacuum system , Fireplace in rear living room , Nice queen size bed with big closet's and storage under bed . Automatic awning over door area and storage that open with TV connection and room for fridge(for outdoor enjoyment) . Opposite side , Has Outdoor shower / connections .
